My silly mug that is!
Carrie over at Gremlin Wrangler gave me an idea to do a video post on Tuesday, (tomorrow) to be part of this whole group that was started by Linda at 2nd Cup of Coffee. There will be a Mr. Linky sign up for all those crazy brave enough to share another side of yourself. That’s right…I’m daring you all to join me.
You have to admit, it does sound intriguing to hear and see your favorite bloggers on video, right? So why not join in the embarrassment excitement?! Instead of typing out your post on Tuesday, just prop up your camera and let the scariness good times begin! The post can be as short or long as you want, and there isn’t any specific subject matter you have to talk about. It’s all up to you.

Thanks for visiting my blog. You commented on my running shoes. I started running in June. I ran my first 5k this month in the terrible rain that Hurricane Ike brought to Michigan. Because of the rain (and the fact that it was a small 5K) I was the only person in my age group and was able to medal! It was too funny! You sound like you are a major runner. I am not sure I will ever attain your level of commitment, but for now I am happy to get out 3 times a week.

You run every day? (except Sunday) I want to be able to do that. Maybe you could give me some pointers. I did have knee surgery years ago, but oh well … being fat and unhealthy can kill you too.
