Is It Nap Time?

I knew when I wrote out my calendar that April was going to be a busy month, and it sure has been. I actually prefer it that way. Always have. It’s a sickness I tell you. The craziness of a full schedule is fun, but tiring. Even my kids are getting worn out…

So far I have card swap, Easter and lots of other events behind me, but this weekend welcomes the arrival of out of town relatives so my work is far from done. It’s time to wash sheets, clean carpets, dustΒ  blinds, clean out the garage and re-organize the kitchen cabinets. (they have bugged me for months) Then it will be party time with friends and family! Yay!

Okay, that’s all I have time for, but I’ll leave you with the only pictures that worked of our April birthday cards and my candy-bar cards. Hopefully a new camera is in my future and then there will be lots of new photos going on around here. Until then, I apologize in advance for the lack of quality and/or quantity in the photo department.

Happy spring everyone…

  1. You know, I complain about being tired, but i don’t know what to do with myself without a million things to do.

Love the picture of the kids!

K-I always thought you were as crazy as me! πŸ˜‰

Wow, cuteness all around! It’s good to be busy, but equally good to see that you aren’t too busy to capture a beautiful moment like that. πŸ™‚

    K-I kept them out late…like 9! πŸ™‚

  5. Can you say, “Out for the count?” They look so precious when they are sleeping, don’t they? πŸ˜‰

I love the candy-bar cards, but I doubt they would be making out of my house. I would be giving them all to myself! πŸ˜‰

K-Most of the bars are still here, but they will not be eaten…hopefully! πŸ˜‰

The picture of your kids is hilarious. It makes me smile every time I see it. (I’ve scrolled over it several times in my feed reader.)

The cards are amazing! I don’t know where you find time to do it all!

K-It helps that I only have one in school right now.If I were more organized, I think I would find I had a lot more free time! πŸ˜‰ Glad you like the pic!

Aren’t they the sweetest when they’re asleep? So cute! I thought about trying to do something like that with candy bars for Meagan’s shower, gorgeous, and our colors are brown and pink too like the polka dot ones:)

K-They are so easy to make and there is so much cute paper out there! I love throwing baby showers. Lots of fun!

  9. Andie says:

Heehee, Awww they are so tuckered out.

K-They wear me out too! In a good way of course. πŸ™‚

  10. Kristina says:

What a great photo – makes me sleepy just looking at it!

K-I know! I wish I could fall asleep that easily. πŸ™‚
